You could try one of the real estate companies in the area, maybe even the one you used to buy the cottage. If they don't do it they will know someone who will.

Last year we began renting out our place for the summer for the first time and I wasn't all that happy with the contracts I saw from the RE firms so I ended up renting it out myself (problem is I work weekends and can't be there to meet and greet) so a neighbor recommended a woman who goes in after renters leave, gives the place the once over and makes sure nothing is damaged then gives me a call.
