..... a sure sign of spring ..... the returning Canada geese flying back to Winnipesaukee from South Carolina, or somewhere, regardless that it still feels and looks like winter.

The cold 39-degree open water doesn't seem to be a problem for the geese, rather a welcome spot away from the surface ice.
