Is there a launch ramp for trailers or just some beat up, 95-year old wooden dock for hand carry, sliding kayaks into the water?

Is the parking there free parking, metered, or needs a sticker? What's up with America's oldest summer resort? Does it have the oldest town launch dock, too?
