As a roadway, I'd long considered
I-84 a state-long hazard
and considered changing to
I-95 from/to southern Massachusetts. (My usual stopover from/to the Lake).
Today, three weeks after originally posting projected
I-84 changes, I came across a remark that
I-95 through CT is a "highway of death", and now among America's 100-worst highways.
