Well the thing is I would rather have this boat flying by my shoreline on plane at 40 - 45 MPH, and deal with that wake, then the 30-40 ft cruisers that plow through creating big rollers... Just saying...

Weather I believe he will obey the law or not, is simply my opinion on that mater... Maybe he will maybe he will not, I have no why of really knowing, but I will not condemn him of not obeying the speed limit, until there is proof that he hasn't operated within the limits of the law.
