Exit 12 is only usable for turnpike traffic heading north, or local traffic entering to go south. It is a little less time in local traffic if you are coming from the south that day. If you use that ramp, take rt3/DW Hwy south for about a mile or so.
Reeds Ferry Lumber is in Merrimack on the west side of rt3/DW Highway.

That's the wrong one! Reeds Ferry sheds are located on route 102 in Hudson, NH
I would highly recommend a visit and watch the sheds being made right there. You can pretty much build them however you want, just tell them....
