Taylor Made makes the best dock boxes and they can be ordered at Parafunalia. I have two of them and they have lasted year round out on my dock for years now. They are expensive however...very expensive!
SAMs club sells one that comes in two different sizes. It's very inexpensive less than $100.00 and it's not bad for the price. I bought one this year for my deck to keep chair cushions from getting wet. So far it has worked out well. Here is the link to it from their web site...
