I used to catch the squirrels with a have-a-heart trap, and then drown it,

I guess the above action makes it a "Don't-Have-a-Heart" Trap...???

On a related note, one of my brothers, who lives on the border of OH and KY, says that the locals out there regularly eat squirrel all the time!
