Saw the smoke and stopped in on Monday to get some
pulled pork with a side of
barbecue beans. The pork was great, and there was a LOT of it, but be forewarned: they serve it on the dry side, with no barbecue sauce added. However, this is
not a problem as they give you
plenty of sauce on the side, and once added it makes for an excellent sandwich. The barbecue beans were good too, especially after I added the jalapeņo pepper rings available as a condiment.
Planning to go back often, and I think they'll do well in Laconia. Haven't had any good BBQ options there since
Panama Bill (remember him?).
