Default Good stuff!

We visited the store yesterday. Picked up some nice, very crusty, bread, freshly baked (like an hour before) and some "rollatine" (sp?), which are
roll-ups made of cutlet-style eggplant, rolled and stuffed with ricotta and spices.
20 minutes in the oven at home and we had a wonderful dinner. Honestly,
just as good as my mother used to make.
The real McCoy!
