Try Navigator Neos Overshoes
I use the Navigator Neos from the overshoe store on line. They are about $100.00, good to -20 below, have a gator that goes up to the top of your thigh, and they slip right over your shoe,or boot. They are not "snowmobile boots" by name, but they are alot cheaper, and keep my feet toasty warm.
