I never closed out this thread by letting all know that after repeated attempts & voicemails no one EVER had the decency to even return our call from Lakes Region Chimney Pro.
Which led me on the hunt for alternatives ....
On the off handed chance, I stopped in at
Fire N Stone (Tilton) on the way up to the Lake one Friday night in late August. Explained my dilemma of only being a "week ender" at this point in the Season & totally appreciated that this was a Chimney Sweeps busiest season.
I actually met with the Manager of the Store, who was extremely congenial and understanding ...... two week ends later he had a crew at our Condo.
