I believe Center Harbor Dock & Pier, on Rte 25, is one outfit that does seasonal in/out work.

Another option to consider is what I did after wrestling with heavy wood dock frames every spring and fall. I had a crank-up aluminum frame dock installed. This fall, the deck sections will come up easily, as I can lift and carry each section easily. Then I'll attach the cables and crank up the frame for the winter. No more back-breaking dock removal.
