EXCELLENT ADVICE.

House down street from me. Must have been some issues about placement of new house.

The builder tore everything down (old house) except one 8 foot length of one wall - just studs remaining. Then built a new house around that 8' section of wall.

Best to get all plans and permits before tearing down. Good advice.
