I've been through there in my 18' SeaRay. You need to be vigilant as you enter. You'll see several submerged rocks with witness marks from hull or out drive contact. Boat traffic can make for a tight squeeze.

It's pretty in there and someone has a Golden (maybe a Lab?) that sits on a dock staring at its ball in the water. I think passers by of the breed "Human Retriever" are fooled into getting the ball and tossing it to the dog. Then the dog drops it off the dock again.
