Run your hands up and down the blades of the propeller. Look for Dings or BENT aluminum. I seem to think the props on the Cirrus may be Composite..(Carbon Fiber Epoxy). If you find ragged edges on either type of prop... That might indicate a "Prop Strike" ... and this situation would require grounding the aircraft.
It would appear that this plane is NOT an SR22 T. So would only be valued at maybe $660,000.  NB
