This should be a good one for the lakes region. Amounts will vary a bit by location, but it looks like a foot plus or minus the variation of a few inches pretty much everywhere in the lakes region. Mountains facing east will get the most. Folks in the wind shadow of these mountains will get less.

Great news for the sleds. If there is a bit of rain at the end, it will hold the snow in place.

I am hoping that the lake is able to completely melt the snow and does not begin the freezing process with slush on the surface. That is a bad sign for the winter ice events all winter. If it starts badly, it does not get better.
