When I was young, Harts raised their own turkeys. They now buy them from a farm in Utah (no turkey farms in New Hampshire?) and have since the late 60's. They had to make a choice to either run a restaurant or be turkey farmers. They made the wrong choice.

I find your comment funny. A restaurant that has been in business for more than 50 years has to be doing something right.
