I used to work as a Personal Lines Underwriter and normally we would not cover, in our best rate company, a house with a roof that was older than 20 years old. We would write the coverage in our standard rate company if the roof was over 20 years old, but was in good shape with no signs of cupping or missing tabs.
Roof looks very nice.
Oh, and of course I was kidding in the previous post. I knew the roof would have been completed.
