Welcome back LR: You will rapidly improve..BUT take it easy. You will THINK you are really doing good....can do 30 push ups and are ready to go. NO. Take it easy. +/- SIX weeks. If you over do it..you will get dizzy. Enjoy the vacation.

They didn't crack your chest..so maybe things will improve faster. One of the most interesting things about this experience..Your outlook on life ...WILL change. NB
