It does look to be a bit bigger than it did yesterday. Could be the biggest of the year for some/many folks.
Most of the snow will come from warm air advection and cold air damming, a classic battle between air masses and the models do not handle this that well at all. It will be a long duration storm and the cold air will hang in around the lake, so there is no question of any major mixing. That should make the folks that plow snow very happy. Snow growth looks to be fairly good as a result of lifting so we could see 15:1 ratios in most parts around the lake.
I still think there will be a significant range in accumulations depending on what side of a hill you live on. Windward side will get the most and if your are in the wind shadow of the hill, you will get less.
