Pictures of the Laker
This is a pic I took of a picture of the Essex. I don't have any digital photos of it at the moment. Can you tell me anything more about it? Do you know where the original ESSEX brass nameplate is? I have been told the boat had been passed through many of the Birch Island homeowners. It was a barn find for me the day before Christmas in the mid-ninetys, it had been unloved for many years. I have had it on Pleasant Lake in Deerfield, NH for most years since then. I would love to hear any history or stories you have!
