I'm trying to figure where exactly on School St. this building will be going... but at the same time, you mention "smaller scale unit construction" - have you really looked closely at the houses on that street? Many have multiple-generations of additions and are HUGE multi-family homes, complete with barns, out buildings, etc.

It would be lovely if it was going to look like one of those huge multi-generational homes, but no such luck. It is going to look like a strip mall.
