Haven't used them, but have seen their ad scrolling through the Forum.
Their services include:
Opening the camp for the summer:
Install and hook up water system
Stock Fridge
Turn on electricity
Put out summer furniture
Install temporary dock
Install swim raft
Spring yard cleanup
Closing the camp for winter:
Drain water system and winterize
Put away all summer furniture
Fall yard clean up
Shut off electricity to the camp
Remove swim raft
Remove temporary dock
Winterize mooring as well thorough mooring inspection with photos

(I am not sure I that I would ever use Diversified based on the fact that they are nowhere near completion of our neighbor's breakwater that should have been completed at the beginning of July 2010. They are working and finishing other jobs that came after this contract.
There have been other Forum members who have had very good luck with them though.)
