You must have run into a lot of bad apples. I have worked for and still work for Many of these wealthier waterfront homeowners and can honestly say that at least for the ones I know and work (ed) for they have been some of the most down to earth, friendliest and generous people I know. The
"come on in, have a cup of coffee, tell us how you have been" kind of people.
