We were one of the boats that you saw Saturday. Your yellow paddles were easy to spot as the kayak was lost in the troughs of waves at times.

It is not hard to tell the difference between boat traffic this year and three years ago. No queing up to get into line to go through the Weirs bridge. It must be making an impact on some local establishments.

We rafted out at Stonedam on Sunday and didn't see you! I understand you forgot a key safety device on Saturday - Suntan Lotion! I hope the pain didn't last long.
