It is not just on Holidays. I live in Alton, but work in Rochester. I try to go to the Hannaford in Rochester because of this reason. Produce is always significantly higher in Alton, and the deli meats are all $1.00 more per pound. Doesn't seem fair.

I heard that the Meredith and Alton stores both share in their pricing!!! Gilford is less.
