I agree; this was
not a bear attack. Too bad it was spun that way, but I guess it sells papers. I met up with a bear by my mailbox one night. He went his way on across the road and I went my way back down the driveway to the house.
We do have a neighbor who feeds the wild animals bread and has bird feeders out all year-round. We've mentioned this to her several times, but she enjoys it and hasn't stopped. Oh well!
