So "a friend of mine told me..." is all we need to hear to believe that our most recent dog wacko bought a bird, put it in her car with her 5 little Cujos and left it there unsupervised to suffer a horrible fate. But more, we are told that she then returned to the pet store and demanded a refund? Does this strike anyone else as "urban legend' worthy material? I mean seriously!
