I drive up from MA almost every weekend. 93N is always slow going. I go to a house in Laconia near Weirs Beach. I drive the bypass to rt 106 to rt 93. Just so you know you don't have to take 93 all the way up to 104 and it helps break up the ride. My family had a home in Meredith for a long time and the traffic was unbearable during the summer months.
