Hi Steve:

I had this conversation with Russell Hart a few years ago and he assured me nothing has changed as far as recipe or preperation methods. In my opinion, there's not much that can be done with standard roast turkey, mashed potatos and gravy and some steamed veggie. It's kind of like Denny's.

In MY single digits, I worked there for three days. Hated it!
