Scamp dive
The Scamp is quite safe by any measure. There IS traffic along that shore but nothing like at so many other places; Flag up when you dive of course; You can likely anchor right on the wreck, descend the anchor line then ascend the anchor line thus maintaining maximum safety in this fashion.
The barge would an interesting thing to check out-go perhaps 45 feet south from the Scamp and you should hit it.
