The reason I did not post the problem found with my engine was that I felt a little stupid about not finding the problem myself. It turned out to be something very simple; so simple I completely overlooked it. The vent valve on the fuel tank was found to be partially plugged. I found the fuel filter clean and the spark plug looked damp when I did my troubleshooting. I never noticed anything different when I pumped the priming bulb in the fuel line. It stayed full. Dave diagnosed my problem by hooked my engine up to his fuel tank. Just goes to show, check and ensure you eliminate the simple things before moving on to the more complex things.
