I was referring to the collision that happened on Winni. I thought T'n'T was also, though I'm not so sure now.
Rereading the WMUR report it appears there were a total of 11 people in both boats on Winni. In the case of the ICW collision it appears the capt of the CC saw the other guy sifficiently ahead of time and took appropriate action but the other moron turned to port. APS likes to talk about "guided missiles" ... in this case it's a good analogy.
