Back In The Late Forties....
My Mom had made me an Ancha Mima costume, and with makeup and all, I set out into the neighborhood on one Halloween and had to have one of the neighbors call home and summon the family pickup truck to come and get me. I had collected tons of candy!!
Hey, and when the party's over, plan an all American breakfast for the next morning. Pancakes, or even some 'fried bread using my Mom's Bisquick recipe! MMMM MMMM Good!
