So here is the thing folks, don't get to worried about the Kona Massion getting all subdivied and developed up. At least for a while.... at ~8 million I don't think anyone is going to venture out on that gamble to quick....

Also I seem to remember this going up for sale some odd time back before and there was all kinds of talk of development etc. that went know where. It might be that although there is plenty of land and room, that because the property and grounds does have some historic value, that doing the devolopment isn't as easy as it always first appears.

This is all of course speculation.... But I do remember talk of condo's etc. at Kona back in the late 80's and early 90's and nothing ever materialized from it.
