While I agree it would be nice to see the parcel stay in tact, calling somebody greedy for developing it is over the top. I have to laugh when you talk about camps being devloped into McMansions

. The place is already called
Kona Mansion. I/m sure when the Kona was built there were the same disgusted locals looking down at
that McMansion.
