It's from the Hurd Town & City Atlas of New Hampshire, 1892. There's still some complete sets out there but many of the copies have been cannibalized by map collectors and old paper dealers who sell maps town by town.

UNH has digitized the Hurd atlas, which is searchable at the following site:

The link is to the Belknap index. But you can use the dropdown menu to select towns indexed by all 10 NH counties.
