Tis......man, you must be an ol' Yankee......we bought our tripe from a man in Maine who was the only guy on the east coast doing fresh pickled tripe. When he got out of the business we looked everywhere......asked all of our suppliers but nobody has it. Lot's of lesser stuff like frozen imported stuff. We tried it and it didn't measure up. I'd love to have it back....lots of locals like it. If you ever find someone that has it, just let me know and I'll get it back. Now that you've reminded me, I'll look around again.
