The new high speed lanes on 93 bypass the toll booths completely and do not require any reduction in speed. Speeding through there is no different than speeding on any other section of highway.

AFAIK, the speed limit does not change through the tolls and EZ pass does not issue speeding tickets (they are not a law enforcement agency). It's just another section of highway.

Traffic automatically limits the speed. The speed limit won't affect Summer weekend speeds at all. It will be nice for folks that travel that route when it's deserted though.
