That is a pet peeve of mine when you get 2 cars side by side and they are both going 5 mph under the speed limit and there is no way to get by them and that happens more often than you think.

I could not agree with you more. It is not the speed that creates the problem most of the time. It is the people swerving in and out of the lanes cutting people off.
