Depends on what a "small" is. Hodgies and Dewey's are very different in terms of that measurement, though the price is similar.

Though I wouldn't expect them to lower their costs per se, I do wonder how much the pricing and "tourist trap" rep might begin/are beginning to hurt them.

I know we've been by it half a dozen...
