Nice old post to bring back! It did say headway speed at one time. I have fond memories of going to Ernie Piper's store when we were kids for a coke or ice cream.

It was owned by Jack Lillis. The name was Winnipesaukee Motor Craft. Their daughter still lives in Wolfeboro. And you are correct, the condos were built I think, in 1984.
