Exclamation Oh, me too!

Like you I do most of my boating during the week, usually right after work. It's a great way to unwind.

I usually find that boating on the weekend is hard work, particularly for the reason you...

They're Open...For The Most Part

I stopped by on my way home from an appointment in Laconia, checking out the gas pumps and filling the tank in the car. I did see the 'triple' pumps that carry the E10 gasoline, diesel, and...

Progress

They were paving yesterday, with the front having the base coat completed and the rear still in progress. I don't know how long they'll have to wait to pave the top coat.

Here's Why

If my understanding is correct, the delays were caused by the buyer's attorney dragging out the negotiations about the land lease until it got to the point where the seller had enough and wanted to...

Coming Along Nicely

I've been keeping an eye on the construction of the new Haffner's and it is coming along nicely.

Concrete has been poured for the new gas pump pads. The exterior of the new building looks to be...

I have a feeling they would have a tough time getting Planning Board approval for a project like that. Plus, I am not sure of the zoning on that lot as the zoning map is a little unclear - It's...

About that

The problem with that property is that it would likely require a sewer hookup if more than a couple of residences, and even then it could be a problem because the water table is quite high on that...

Well, Isn't That Interesting

Hmm. I have to wonder if the mortgagee auction of 15 & 16 Kimball Road in Gilford taking place in April has something to do with this as the same folks who are buying the state school property were...
