Went there last week for "local band night", inexpensive door charge and the food is very good. Had a great time, and this is an amazing location. Unfortunately, "local night" does not go all winter...

Yes, but those people should look to a longer term rental instead of short term. Most STR regulations are for those properties rented for less than a month. And maybe "the next generation" can help...
