Fiberglass repair

I've got a few stress cracks that need repair. Any suggestions on a local shop to fix them?

They would need to do them on-site, I don't have a trailer.

I'm looking for a good solid repair at a good price. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

What Marina do you have your boat at, you mention not having a trailer. Location is key in being able to help you.....

Unique Boat Restoration

Unique Boat Restoration in Moultonborough on Rt 25. I talked with him a couple of years back about painting my old boat. They will wrap and store your boat for the winter and take them in the shop, fix them, rewrap and have them ready for the spring.

X2. A lot of people use Unique Restoration with very good results. They have trailers to retrieve most boats too.

my boat is in Gilford at a private club, no repair shop on site

It's a pretty big boat, I don't think moving the boat to a shop would be cost effective

Diamond shine is in that area, he does good work too.

White Mountain Fiberglass

I have used White Mountain Fiberglass Rumney with very good results - they will pick up you boat. http://www.whitemountainfiberglass.com/

In fact the picture at the left was taken at their facility.

jrc,

If minor, call someone mobile like diamondshine and have them cleaned up. Or just let them go, there will be more. If you want to fix the cause you may have it done at a facility. Drive your boat to CH and have either of the above fetch it from there on their trailer- it is what they do.
