Rooftop Cargo carrier

I'm traveling to Florida in a few months and am in need of a rooftop carrier for some luggage. I've done some looking around but it seems all need a roof rack to attach to. I have a 2005 Buick Century with no roof rack. The only way to attach is above the doors. Any suggestions. I prefer to rent but may have to buy. The larger the better.

Thanks

A lot of noise

We did use a car top carrier for several years that attached somehow to the windows on a pontiac bonnie. The noise was not nice. The ride to Florida is a long one. The ride from to NJ to Winnie was long enough. Don"t know what the answer is you might want to check with the car dealer. Have roof racks now on a cross over. Good luck

I did a quick google search on "roof top carrier no roofrack" and came up with the above. There are more out there. If I had one, I would lend it to you!

Roof Bag

Thanks for the info. I did more search under "roof top carrier no roofrack" and found roofbag.com. Has a soft bag which will fill our needs. Can hookup to existing roof rack, through the car straps or hooks to door frame. Cost $54-99.00 depending on size. Best thing is you can roll it up and put away.

Tanks again.
