Never-ending Surveyor Activity on RT 11 in Alton Bay

NHDOT has had a couple of guys surveying along RT 11 in Alton Bay for what seems to be months now. Anyone know what's up? :confused:

They are surveying for the Sandy Point to Echo Point Bridge:rolleye1:.

I agree, they have been out there for a few months, with no obvious purpose in sight.

the only DOT activity I have heard planned for Alton is the rt28 corridor from Allenstown to Alton.

It's part of the new administrations stimulus package/job creation.
