Sorry if this had already been posted, but I just saw this today. I was cruising around looking at real estate for sale and noticed the Grille was for sale.

The link didn't work for me. Is that the Downtown Market Grille on 11 Railroad Ave.? My wife and I loved that place when we stopped last Winter. HUGE sandwich.

This does not make any sense! The grill Staff don't know the business is for sale? Please, let's give some credit to these people.

Funny, when I read the quote, I didn't think about the staff not knowing it is for sale, but rather the staff really can't discuss the sale as they have no standing to discuss it. Besides, if the business is a lively one, the staff's time would be better spent taking care of the customers.

Guess it just depends on how you read something;).

Thanks BRK-INT and Upthesaukee, I found the October thread discussing this. I guess it wasn't completely resolved as to what the posting meant, but I am guessing the theory it was an internal message for realtors to not discuss with inquiries from staff of the Grille was the best hunch. Seems like a low price for a business that appears from the thread to be doing so well.
