Boat Slip For Rent 2025 Season
 

I have a boat slip that I would like to rent for the 2025 season. I have never rented it out and looking for advice on what the going rate would be for a 27x10ft slip at a marina in Wolfeboro Bay. Appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

I’d be interested to hear more. Not sure what a slip goes for either but it would be great to have one. Just a working class guy, don’t have a lot of extra $:)

I have condo marina slips in the Laconia/Gilford area, that will accommodate 36', 38', and 45' boats. I get between $8K and $10K per season for those rentals. It's probably not very pertinent to a 27' slip in Wolfeboro, but it is a starting point.

I'd be curious to hear what others are getting/paying.

I know some 36 x 12 bulkhead and 38 x 13 finger docks at MVYC for $8K. That's for 12 months, lots of amenities.

Over priced?
 

Not so long ago, MVYC slips would sell overnight. The ones currently for sale, on this site's classified page, have been on the market for quite awhile. In a few weeks, property tax will be due and in January, MVYC dues ($2000?) are payable. Although it is a more valued bulkhead slip, C Dock is a long walk to beach, bathhouse, etc. D and F are finger docks. I looked at Gilford properties on Realtor.com yesterday. Three of the first four listings had ~10% price drops. Maybe we're starting to see some "market flexibility" on the seller side? My 2003 Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge is for sale. Trades and offers considered.

Yes, but I like to keep my name boards. Just finished additional sleeping quarters at camp, so Hat Trick's two staterooms are excess capacity. Excellent liveaboard.

Some coincidence...My business partner talked to your broker on it, and is planning on seeing it this weekend I think. He is looking for a boat to eventually do the Great Loop in.
